Skillbuild aims to develop and promote a positive image of the construction industry among young people. Each year 100 of the top apprentices throughout Northern Ireland battle to win coveted titles in 12 different construction crafts.
Among the crafts involved in the competition will be plumbing, carpentry, machine woodworking, joinery, painting and decorating, brickwork, wall and floor tiling, plastering and roof slating and tiling.
Skillbuild 2006 will be held in the Kings Hall on 9th & 10th March 2006 alongside the Construct Ireland Plan Expo Exhibition.
